(1) The Board shall have a separate fund of its own.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:-
(a) Amounts received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from foreign persons, governments, international associations or organizations,
(c) amount received from passenger fare or carriage charges, (d) amount received for lease or rental of Board land, and
(e) other amounts earned by the Board.
(3) Before receiving the amount as per clause (b) of sub-section (1), the board shall take the approval of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance.
(4) The entire expenses of the Board shall be met from the amount accumulated in the fund as per sub-section (2).
(5) The amount remaining in the fund as per sub-section (1) shall be deposited in an account opened and deposited in any "A" class commercial bank established in accordance with the prevailing law relating to banks and financial institutions designated by the board.
(6) The operation of the account of the Board shall be as prescribed.
